“Way Back” is a new jazzy track by ØDYSSEE and Louk from Soul Food Horns. The duo sent stems and loops back and forth, beginning with drums and chill guitar riffs, then building with layers of horns, flutes and saxophones. At the end, the track is a story told via instruments communicating with one another. While listening, imagine a nice afternoon after work, just taking your time to appreciate the scenery on your way back home. Take the time to escape from the routine and appreciate the simple things. This vibe embodies the producers’ styles; jazzy and groovy, mellow and happy at the same time.
