Urban Waves Records proudly announces “Gris” the third album by Lidly. The producer hailing from Shibuya, Tokyo, Japan brought us an emotional and melancholic album that presents like a story thanks to the incredible artwork by Max Wilkins. “Gris” is about the passing of time exploring classic sounds, with the dusty sampling, and mixing the rare vintage treasures of the past with the modern and experimental atmosphere that makes the unique style of Lidly which we love so much. Gris was originally a soundtrack made for a dear friend of Lidly and his hair salon called “Gris” in Nakameguro, Tokyo. Thankfully the project shaped up into a full album and we got the chance to be able to release it for you.
